PROCESSING
For all my pre-made items I guarantee that I will ship within a week. Usually items will be shipped within 2-3 days, though. For custom items, go to our Custom Products Policies page.
Keep in mind, depending on the number of orders I have, this processing time may change. During holiday seasons you should expect longer order times.
PACKAGING
CheekyHotBox wants to do our part in reducing unnecessary waste, that being said, we try our best to recycle and use compostable shipping materials. Due to this, our packaging may not always be the most "attractive" option. We hope you don't mind, and encourage you to reuse the materials we send you.
SHIPPING
We ship most of our packages with USPS Priority Mail, so packages may take 1-3 days to the US. This shipping option includes a tracking number and $50 of package insurance.
USPS First Class Mail will be used for orders that can be shipped in an envelope. USPS Ground is used for any hazardous materials (lighters) along with a "limited quantity" warning label.
At the moment we do not offer international shipping directly in the shop, but please contact us if you would be interested!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once a package leave my hands, I am not responsible for any damage occurred on its path to you.
We do not accept returns on any of our products unless something does not live up to our product expectations. If you would like to request a product return please use the contact page or email [email protected]. A refund may be issued instead of a return label depending on the situation.
I do guarantee to repair any products for free if I can determine that it wasn't caused by any unwarranted damage. If you request a repair within 2 months of your purchase, I will provide a shipping label/ cover shipping costs. After this point, I ask that you pay for the shipping to me (I will still ship it back for free). This includes earring repair, box repair (missing screws, etc.), and more.
